Performance Factory is a baseball and softball player-development program based in Indio, California. We train athletes of every level — from youth players taking their first reps to advanced athletes chasing the next level.
Our coaches bring real playing and instruction experience, and we keep our groups focused so every athlete gets the attention and reps they need to improve.
We develop complete athletes. That means more than swing or pitching mechanics — we build the strength, speed, and mobility underneath the skills, then layer in position-specific work that translates to the field.
Every athlete gets a development approach built around where they are now and where they want to go.
Because getting better is a process, not an accident. Our mission is to give Coachella Valley athletes a place to train with purpose, measure their progress, and compete with confidence.
We believe the work athletes put in here shows up everywhere — on the field, in the classroom, and in how they carry themselves.
Our Location
Performance Factory is located in Indio, California, in the heart of the Coachella Valley.
We train athletes in person at our facility on Sunburst Street — come see where the work gets done.
